Do I Have To Use Bluetooth?

Absolutely not.

We can offer the best user experience when Bluetooth is available to help automate the user validation process, but we support many other use cases as well.

How Much Does It Cost?

We have worked hard to see and build the future of access control.

We have have also worked hard to build a simple pricing model to fit a wide array of needs and budgets.

While most deals tend to be unique, we have never had a customer walk away because of cost.

How many tokens can I have?

As many as you like!  We license by the user, not by the token.

Do you support hardware tokens?

Yes!  We understand that sometimes they are still the best fit for some use cases.

What if I don’t see a feature I need?

Let us know, we love to add new features.  Talk to us if you need something custom, or have a new idea we might want to use elsewhere.

Can you do federation/SSO with *?

Yes! While we would stop short of a 100% guarantee that we can connect to any service on the planet, we can integrate with just about anyone that can be integrated with.  Contact sales with your specific needs and we will verify your options.

Is my data safe?

We are committed to protecting your data.  We host all client instances in an ISO 27001 compliant hosting environment with AWS.  We use industry best practices for securing any sensitive data we need to retain to provide service.  If you would like more details, please contact us.
